The charge for laundry service, breakdown repair and any work involving an outside company will be billed separately from the monthly fee. The management carried out by GESCASA to obtain these services and attend to these needs is included in the agreed monthly rate. GESCASA will receive the house perfectly equipped without any type of reform or special cleaning that has to be carried out prior to its reception. These work or special cleaning will be charged by the hour. These prices * may vary depending on the equipment, furniture and age of the home.

If you have decided to rent your home, our company can take care of the delivery and collection of the keys. We recommend that you have contracted our ANNUAL SERVICES to have the home in optimal conditions and avoid unnecessary unforeseen events. (click here to see rates and what they consist of)

We make a study of your needs and make an assessment of the contributions necessary for the vacation rental of your property and the set-up for the delivery of the property.

KEY DELIVERY / COLLECTION:

 For the delivery / collection of keys, an exhaustive control will be carried out, signing a control document at all times. 
The keys will only be delivered when we have previously received an authorization from the owner, via e-mail, identifying the person who is going to collect them. 
We will check the state of the house before and after each tenant's stay.
